Begin your day with fresh-cut fruits, organic dairy and cereal products, fresh-squeezed juices, an array of pastries and savory options like fritatta or croissants stuffed with green chile, the singular ingredient that flavors our unique Santa Fe cuisine, all enjoyed while lingering over our locally-roasted organic fair-trade coffee. 

We acknowledge alternate diets, with vegan sweets and locally-baked gluten-free selections, along with organic dairy-free soy milk and soy yogurt and organic almond milk. Head back in the late afternoon for a congenial reception featuring selected complimentary wines and snacks, where you can mingle with other guests or settle into a quiet corner.
